The comment of the 2018 Bulletin was very short, and very correct:
“The 2018 Forecast Model suggests a sideways or weak movement until February. February should be a Low and a new buy opportunity because Cotton in March should be higher than in February. March should be an intermediate top, with a pullback to an intermediate Low in April. From April we should see an up push, leading to a top in the summer; July is my favorite month for the High. From that High, we should see a drop until November/December”.

This is the 2019 Cotton Forecast we published one year in advance, compared with the 2019 Cotton Price movement
We did forecast, one year in advance:
- The drop until February
- The uptrend until May
- The downtrend of May
- The Low in June (broken on July 8)
- The uptrend from September
The lines in red and green are the “forces” I provided you one year in advance (you can see them in the Original 2019 Cotton Bulletin as well), and you see how the general forecast made a mistake only on July 8, where a new important energy worked as a breakout under the previous levels instead as a new uptrend, like we were expecting to see. In this case it was a wrong forecast, but still, we knew where we had to look at, and we placed a stop immediately under the June’s Low, taking just a little loss. This has been the only mistake of the year, because the trends before Jule and after August have been predicted.
